Dennis Danilewicz is a popular speaker that has been asked to speak on various topics related to Management, Generational Differences in the Workplace, Payroll and Accounts Payable for more than 25 years. Currently he is the Senior Director of Disbursements Services at NYU Langone Health in New York City. Previously, he served as Director of Corporate Payroll at Pfizer Inc. as well as a Senior Director, HR @ BMS and Payroll, for Bristol-Myers Squibb.
He is a Past President of the national APA, (American Payroll Association).
Dennis has authored many articles for professional publications in The United States, Canada and the UK, including PAYTECH and Management Accounting. He has been interviewed for articles published in various media outlets such as CNN Money, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post; and his interview with The Associated Press regarding tax changes was picked up by numerous media outlets throughout the country.

Michael is a Partner with Barclay Damon, LLP and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law and Health Care & Human Services Practice Areas.
His practice includes the defense of employers and members of management in all types of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower and retaliation claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, New York State Human Rights Law, New York State Labor Law and numerous other laws. Michael also defends all types of wage and hour actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York State Labor Law. Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he graduated summa cum laude. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from Syracuse University College of Law.
